As a Commercial Manager paed onco / rare diseases at Norgine, you will be responsible for driving the commercial strategy and activities to support the company's growth and market presence.
You will play a key role in developing and implementing commercial plans, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement the commercial strategy for paed onco / rare diseases portfolio in collaboration with cross-functional teamsLead the market access strategy and develop pricing and reimbursement strategies for the paed onco / rare disease portfolioManage and coordinate product launches and commercial campaigns for paed onco / rare disease productsMonitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify business opportunities and risksWork closely with global teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of global strategiesManage relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and industry partnersCollaborate with internal teams to ensure effective brand positioning, messaging, and communication strategiesAnalyse sales data and KPIs to evaluate performance and optimize commercial activitiesPrepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior management and internal stakeholdersJob Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, preferably in paed onco / rare diseasesStrong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the paed onco / rare disease marketProven track record of developing and implementing commercial strategies and launching new productsExcellent leadership and project management skillsExperience in market access and pricing strategiesAbility to analyse market data and customer insights to inform strategic decision-makingStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively in cross-functional teamsResults-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environmentFluency in English and Italian, both written and spokenOur benefits may vary per location.
