Head of Commercial Project Development (M/F/d) Italy Full time, Mailand Your tasks:

Report to the Regional Director

Supervise the financial performance of the department Business Development Italy

Direct project financing and act as contact person for commercial questions in project development

Take over Project Director role during the structuring and realisation phase from the late development stage to the financing and sale of the power plants

Be responsible for the acquisition of project rights and the conclusion of new development partnerships

Accomplish the business planning and supervise the development budget

Implement corporate governance and best practices Your profile:

High calibre operator, degree-educated or similar by experience

Strong leadership experience and inspiring personality

Extensive acquisition, sales and financing experience with renewables, real estate or infrastructure projects

Good knowledge of the Italian market for renewable energies and ideally existing network of developers and consultants

Highly commercial, contractually literate and financially savvy

Comfortable in a fast-paced, high growth environment in the solar branch
