The Head of Communication & PR is responsible for the development and supervision of communications strategies for the company, creating, implementing and overseeing communications programs, internal or external, aimed at promoting AWorld as a Company and its campaigns.
The incumbent will promote the creation, enhancement and development of programs to promote AWorld's campaigns.
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Oversee all internal and external communications for the company, ensuring its message is consistent and engaging
- Press & Communication budget development and cost tracking
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction
- Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials
- Creation of an editorial calendar to develop separately for each platform;
- Creation of a newsletter for AWorld users and clients; KPI identification & monitoring;

- Content analysis on social media platforms;
- Monitoring of AWorld social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook);
- Management of the AWorld website
- Ability to communicate social campaign results to the team in an easy and effective way
**Essential Skills**:
- A confident communicator and presenter
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Excellent project management and time management skills
- Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media, Knowledge, also from a technical point of view, of all social media channels & Digital Advertising strategies (Facebook Advertising, Google Adwords, Pay per Click, Affiliation, Programatic) to implement SEM campaigns;
- Strategic skills regarding SEO structure;
- Knowledge of Digital PR: follow the development of contents through business channels, collaborate with webmaster, industry bloggers, sustainable influencers;
- Self motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
**Education, Knowledge, Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent
- English knowledge at least at C1 level
- Minimum 7 years experience in similar communication, press and or partnership management
- Interested in sustainability, climate action and SDGs
- Early-stage startup experience is a plus
