Reporting directly to the Board of Directors of Allianz Bank Financial Advisors, the individual identified will have the responsibility for the first-level control function overseeing the following areas:1) Advisory;2) Ex-ante Controls;3) Anti-Money Laundering;4) Fraud Prevention; 5) Data Protection.

Of great importance to the Allianz Group and Allianz Bank is the oversight of regulatory and reputational risks.

The responsibilities of the role include:• Support in the correct interpretation and application of Italian and European legislation related to: management and distribution of investment products and services, anti-money laundering, measures to counter the financing of terrorism, conflict of interest, privacy, usury, administrative liability of companies, criminal liability of entities, Consolidated Banking Act and, in general, other aspects related to the concrete and specific corporate reality;• Analysis of impacts, implementation, and verification of the reference legislation;• Ex-ante control: monitoring of the regulatory framework and changes that have occurred;• Support in the issuance of internal regulations, information and training of personnel related to the correct application of the same;• Support and assistance in Compliance matters to business lines both for the development and realization of new investment products and financial services and for the management of documentation related to their marketing;• Management of relations with supervisory and regulatory authorities, with industry associations, and with other interested public and private bodies;• Verification of the suitability of internal procedures aimed at complying with the provisions of banking and financial legislation and their implementing regulations;• Control of the correct application of company policies, the internal code of conduct, and in general internal, ethical, and professional regulations;• Coordination of all activities related to the management of personal data processing, as a designated DPO, to ensure that data is processed in compliance with European and national privacy regulations;• Monitoring and interpretation of legislation and drafting of internal procedures/instructions; control of the conformity of processes to internal and external regulations; compliance risk analysis in project development; analysis of the internal control system with the goal of verifying compliance with regulations, company policy, and Group policy.
