In Italy alone, in 2021 the monthly podcast listeners were over 9. 3 million, with a growth of 21% compared to the previous years.

VOIS is a creator media brand focused on podcasting.

We are leader in the production of podcasts for brands and podcast advertisements, working for creators to deliver a unique new type of advertising format based on podcasting.

Our shows generates over 3 Millions of listening per month.

In this context and as part of an important growth strategy, we are looking for a talented Chief Content Officer to join our team.

Knowing perfectly our media offering, you should be able to ideate new formats, propose changes on the existing one and find the right people to make these content new podcast hits.

Ok, so here's what you'll do.

**Responsibilities

On a daily basis, you will exploit new content ideas, analyze the current one to find improvements, collaborate cross-team to produce them.

You will exploit your great capability in creating outstanding presentations and pitch them both externally and internally.

You will scout new promising podcast and talents and your responsibility will be to see (and hear) what others don't.

Your companion on this journey will be a pair of headphones, so get prepared for this ;)

In a nutshell:

Scout content ideas and set everything up in order to produce them

Direct collaboration with sales team to create new podcast formats for clients

Pitch content formats both internally and externally

Work with our Creator, Studio and Network team to find new content opportunities, starting from podcasting through other channels

Maintain our content offering aligned with what we call our INNER VOIS, our editorial soul

**Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Arts, Journalism, Communication or Business fields

4+ years of experience as a respected leader in multichannel content creation

Direct experience in Media Industry

Ability to create great presentations and to pitch them accordingly

Experience in management of Intellectual Property assets (IPs) and Licensing

Italian language mother tongue, proficient in English (written, spoken and listened ;)

**You will stand out with

Skills at both long-form content creation and social media content creation

Proven ability in distribution strategies and tactics through different channel type (Social Media, TV, Radio, Streaming platforms)

The ability to think like an educator, intuitively understanding what the audience needs to know and how they want to consume it

The ability to lead, inspire, and organize large teams of creative personnel and content creators to achieve company's stated goals

Familiarity with principles of marketing (and the ability to adapt or ignore them as dictated by data)

Able to screen out sales pitches and look for the relevant brand and customer story

Passion for podcasting

A sense of humor and a compelling annoyance for the status quo is highly valued.

**Work Structure

Our team is spread through Italy and we work remotely.

But we like to meet weekly, every two weeks at least.
