The position is within the framework of the Business Partner Community of the Perfumes and Cosmetics Division of LVMH Italy, a structure composed of about 50 people involved in management control, administration and finance, Information Technology, logistics, general services and customer service for all the Brands of the Division (Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Parfums Givenchy, Kenzo Parfums, Benefit and Make Up For ever).

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for all data production to internal / external board (commercial-economical-financial);

- Responsible for the entire budget planning / reviewing and quarterly strategic plans;

- Supporting Administrative management during monthly closures and cash flows;

- Supporting all Departments for specific analysis (stock-annual awards-sell in etc.

);

- Liaison with Reviewing Agency (storage - reports certification to the Holding);

- Coordinating and managing team's resources.

**Profile**:

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

- At least 5 years' experience in business and/or financial control.

- Degree in economics with specialization in finance;

- Excellent knowledge of the Office package, especially advanced use of Excel;

- Good knowledge of SAP management;

- Excellent analysis, in-depth analysis and synthesis of information and data;

- Efficiency and time management;

- Ability to communicate financial information into sound business language;

- Excellent knowledge of English (fluent spoken and written); French nice to have;

- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
