**Your responsibilities and tasks**:

Reporting to the CFO Business Unit Bakery the position will be responsible for the accuracy and effectiveness of company's financial and reporting management, providing insights for strategical decisions supporting the business to achieve financial objectives, through these main activities:

- To prepare monthly Reporting Packages in compliance with Group Principles and IFRS and local GAAP

- To manage Controlling activities

- To coordinate and prepare internal and external (corporate and audit firms) financial statements

- To drive the activities of the administration department for the monthly and annual closing activities

- To cooperate closely with internal and/or external auditors.

- To support other departments during the financial cycles (long range plan, original budget, rolling forecast, latest estimate) in order to ensure financial preparation with focus on costs & working capital

- Tax calculations and transfer pricing activities in cooperation with tax advisors

- To manage initiatives in process design, improvements, and roll out of procedures and best practices

- To manage or participate to adhoc projects, analysis, reports set up

**Your profile and qualifications**:

- Degree/Bachelor in Economics or Business Administration

- 7-10 years of experience in General Accounting and/or Financial Controlling & Reporting and/or in a multinational and/or audit companies

- Significant knowledge in IFRS and local GAAP accounting principles

- Fluent in Italian and English

- Microsoft Office Excellence

- SAP knowledge will be a plus

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Responsible and reliable, used to work with tight deadlines
