- Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, identifying needs and opportunities, and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement with H-FARM Education and its learning programs

- Develop and implement corporate learning strategies and programs that meet the needs of corporate clients

- Create customized learning solutions that align with business goals and objectives

- Lead the development and delivery of high-quality training programs that are engaging, effective, and innovative

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including industry experts, to design and develop training programs

- Manage the performance and development of the corporate learning team and delivery team

- Provide thought leadership on corporate learning trends and best practices

- Develop and manage the corporate learning budget and performance

- Construct, maintain and review the Corporate development pipeline facilitating periodical Business Development meetings with all key internal stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements

- Qualifications- Master's degree in business administration, organizational development, or a related field

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate learning and business development, including experience in designing and delivering customized training programs

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality training programs

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders

- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and provide thought leadership

- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to develop and manage budgets and pipelines

- Experience in managing regulatory and legal compliance in a corporate learning environment

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
