This represents a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the public image and reputation of the organization, ensuring effective communication with the media and the public. The objective is to increase and improve the presence and influence of the Brand across the main markets, transferring the strategic storytelling over the company vision, mission, brand, and product messages, optimizing their amplification across all media channels. Main Responsibilities:Definition of the editorial plans for corporate storytelling, product launches, and special projects. Coordinate global communication plans across markets, acting as the primary contact for media inquiries and relationships with journalists, reporters, and media channels. Ensure consistent and aligned messaging across all media communications. Manage writing, editing, and distribution processes of press releases, ensuring accuracy and timely dissemination of information. Define and coordinate press conferences, media briefings, and interviews. Manage partners and external PR agencies. Implement proactive product communication plans to amplify B2C relationships, including press trips and events. Coordinate the corporate communication budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and operations. Assess and manage the organization's public perception and address any negative coverage proactively. Liaise with internal stakeholders for Corporate PA/PR representatives, Executives communication, Internal communication, and global functions, as well as with Global Commercial for product communication. Relevant Experience and Skills:Relevant studies in Communication, Public Affairs, or equivalent. Extensive experience (10-15 years) in international media relations, PR, ideally in global corporations. Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive media strategies that align with the organization's goals. Ability to analyze media coverage, market trends, and public perception to inform strategic decisions. Extensive network in the journalism world, with the ability to build and manage long-term relationships with journalists, media outlets, and other stakeholders. Working knowledge in digital media and digital communication. Strong storytelling skills: proficiency in crafting clear, compelling, and accurate press releases, statements, and other media materials. Crisis Management: proficiency in developing and executing crisis communication plans to manage and mitigate negative publicity. Cultural awareness and sensitivity in all media-related activities. Ability to work with interfunctional stakeholders and focus on the customer's perspective. As a global citizen, you embrace diversity and communicate fluently in English. Sense of responsibility, a structured and analytical way of working, as well as the ability to work in a team and strong communication skills. What We Offer:Full-time contract. RAL commensurate with experience. 2/3 days of Smart working per week + Business trip.
