To take our company to an international level, we are currently looking for a Head of Customer Service to help us develop systems that will support patients across the world in the most efficient manner. If you're ready to shape the future of mental healthcare and inspire meaningful change, we'd love to hear from you!THE ROLEWe are looking for a highly experienced Head of Customer Service to lead and scale our customer service operations, with a focus on improving efficiency, driving data-driven decisions, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service leadership, particularly in international settings, and a proven track record of implementing processes and projects that have significantly improved operational efficiency.
Strong people management skills are essential, along with the ability to analyze data to guide strategic decisions.
Experience or passion for leveraging artificial intelligence in customer service will be a significant advantage. ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Leadership: Manage and lead the customer service team to deliver exceptional support for patients and therapists, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency.
