- Responsibility for value creation in the Delivery function

- The leadership of ML Delivery Managers, in a way, ML Delivery Managers can solve 90% of project issues

- Capabilities management for ML Delivery Managers (growth, promotions, hiring, firing)

- Delivery function strategy development and execution

responsibility for Delivery function metrics (OKRs, project margin deviation, projects revenue deviation, etc.

)

- Top escalation point for ML Delivery Managers if the problem occurs

- Regular calls with the clients to improve customer satisfaction

- Resources (talents) management

- Risk management of a portfolio of all company projects

- Keeping relationships and reporting to stakeholders

- SoWs verification before signing

- Delivery handbook development, integration, and upgrades (set the company's best practices, standards, and processes on how the work is done by raising the bar of industry standards)

- Maintaining the system of Delivery team performance analytics
