Our client is **PIXARTPRINTING**, an** **innovative and fast growing international company** that operates in the **e-commerce and e-printing sector, ** wich provide customised online printing services, produces magazines, catalogues, labels, packaging, printing on têxtiles and much more.
For them we are looking for the **HEAD OF DIGITAL MARKETING **that will be responsible of the definition and execution of the company's digital marketing strategy, managing the budget and responding to performance objectives.
He/She will manage Paid Search, Programmatic Advertising, SEO Affiliation and other digital marketing channels, supporting the growth strategy.
**Responsibilities**:
- Define and execute the digital marketing strategy to achieve the company's goals for the different brands and markets.
- Manage and train a team of 16+ experienced professionals on SEO, Web Analytics, E-commerce and Digital Marketing.
- Develop cutting-edge marketing technology and up-to-date digital marketing strategies.
- Measure ROI and KPIs: Analyse performance of digital marketing campaigns, create reporting and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Develop, manage and optimise the digital advertising channels: search, display, programmatic advertising, video, affiliation, remarketing, social advertising, etc.
- Be responsible for customer acquisition and performance campaigns, manage traffic growth and conversion rates in each area of the funnel collaborating with UX, and Analytics team
- Support the definition of the multi-channel attribution model.
- Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement.
**Requirements**:
- 10+ years of experience of digital marketing in the e-commerce sector.
- Proven experience managing multi-million advertising budgets with performance-related targets.
- Proven experience of managing teams.
- Excellent English (C1).
- Excellent knowledge and proven experience of managing complex AdWords accounts (thousands of campaigns and millions of keywords).
- Excellent knowledge of Google 360 suite (Search Ads 360, Display & Video 360).
Proven experience of bid management optimisation projects.
- Good Knowledge of CDP and programmatic advertising.
- Excellent knowledge of SEO principles.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Google Analytics.
- Excellent knowledge of social media Advertising (performance and branding)
- Branding & upper-funnel advertising experience
