Head Of Digital Marketing**:
We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to join our executive management.
This is a unique opportunity to be responsible for planning, structuring and activating programs and campaigns across a large number of brands partners amongst the leading global fashion companies and support several direct brands (amongst which LN-CC, Scarosso and Frankbros).
You will be leading all the advertising, performance, user acquisition lead generation operations to achieve business growth - coordinating all our internal marketing teams (Performace, SEO, CRM, Affiliation and Community) and leverage our content creation capabilities (digital studios and creative agency).
The right person is an expert of digital marketing channels, is a lover of innovation and technology, has a data driven approach, excellent leadership skills and an attitude for teamwork.
**What you'll do**:
- Build, plan and implement the digital marketing strategy aligned with revenues objectives, in order to increase qualified traffic, leads and overall revenues
- Create ad hoc dashboards to monitor the main KPIs and oversee different digital marketing channels and platforms
- Track and measure the performance of all digital marketing channels and propose optimization initiatives to maximize marketing ROI
- Strucuture, analyze and leverage first party ecommerce data across all geographies to develop unique insights
- Plan and manage budget across all digital channels and markets
- Systematize best practices and create new TLG attribution and planning models
- Manage and train the teams
- Keep abreast of the latest digital trends, discover and adopt relevant innovations and partners
- Develop internal platforms and systems to optimize organizational productivity and effectiveness
**What we're looking for**:
- 4-7 years of experience as a Head of Marketing or Digital Marketing Director in result oriented settings - preferably in digital native players
- Native or fully fluent in English
- In depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels
- Excellent knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- Basic knowledge of web design procedures
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
- Ability to work in a structured way, setting clear goals and monitoring results; strategic minded and with strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills, to resolve complex situations and to find alternative and practical solutions
- Excellent conceptual skills: abstract, creative, critical and logical thinking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including power point presentations; ability to lead/coordinate meetings with multiple participants/interactions
- Previous experience in fashion or design industries is a plus
