**Position Overview**:
As the **Head of Digital Marketing**, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital marketing strategy for our organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all digital marketing activities with a strong focus on influence marketing and e-commerce.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- _Digital Marketing Strategy_: Develop, implement, and refine a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's objectives and brand identity.
- _Team Leadership_: Lead and inspire a diverse team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- _Change Management_: Drive digital transformation initiatives, ensuring the organization adapts to evolving digital trends and technologies.
- _Influence Marketing_: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and key stakeholders to create impactful influencer marketing campaigns.
- _E-Commerce_: Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to enhance online sales and customer engagement.
- _Content Marketing_: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content across digital channels to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- _Analytics and Data Insights_: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing campaigns, measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement.
- _Budget Management_: Effectively manage the digital marketing budget to achieve maximum ROI and efficiency.
- _International Focus_: Collaborate with international teams and adapt digital marketing strategies to cater to diverse global markets.
- _Cross-Functional Collaboration_: Work closely with other departments, such as product development and sales, and group divisions (Loupes/Safety) to align digital marketing efforts with broader business goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of leadership and transformation.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Italian is a plus but not required.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results.
- Demonstrated experience in influencer marketing and e-commerce strategies.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
