We are looking for a Head of Digital Sales with experience in the digital field. The person in this role will be responsible for coordinating the Sales Team by assigning customer portfolios and sales targets (volumes, profitability and retention), monitoring the team's performance by creating and managing sales KPIs for each account and country in order to improve the performance of each salesperson and achieve turnover and marginality targets.

This person will have the task of planning and implementing the sales strategy in Italy and internationally, contributing to business growth, with a particular focus on Europe and the United States, identifying and implementing new customer acquisition strategies and optimizing relationships with already established customers.
