The role will focus on growing the distribution channels, enhancing lead generation, and ensuring the effectiveness of our broker network across all business lines. Key performance indicators for this role will include broker acquisition, lead generation effectiveness, and revenue growth from the distribution network. Main activities1.

Lead Generation Marketing:- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies tailored for small brokers- Implement initiatives to enhance broker engagement and sales performance.

Ensure those initiatives have a high ROI (payback 1 year)2.

Broker Onboarding:- Provide training and support new brokers to ensure they fully understand and effectively sell the company products3.

Key account management- Isolate high producing or high potential segments and set up team to cater for their need and increase production- Ensure activities for that team are designed in a way that ensure a quick payback time (
