Job Summary : We are seeking a highly qualified professional to lead the distribution market and commercial & industrial (C&I) clients in the photovoltaic solar energy and battery energy storage systems (BESS) sector.

This strategic position will focus on market expansion, commercial strategy development, partnership management, and increasing market share.

Responsibilities : Design and implement the commercial strategy for the distribution and C&I market in photovoltaics and BESS.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the sector.

Manage key relationships with clients, distributors, and integrators.

Oversee the development of commercial proposals and innovative business models.

Coordinate with engineering and product teams to ensure solutions align with market needs.

Monitor industry trends, regulations, and competition to adjust strategies.

Lead the commercial and business development team, ensuring sales and growth objectives are met.

Participate in trade shows, events, and conferences to strengthen the company's market presence.

Requirements : University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the photovoltaic and energy storage sector, with a focus on distribution and C&I.

Deep knowledge of the solar energy market, energy storage, and applicable regulations.

Proven skills in business development, commercial management, and contract negotiation.

Strong network within the renewable energy ecosystem.

Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.

Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Fluency in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.

Availability to travel as required by the business.
