Your Responsibilities Responsible for VCU / powertrain ECU HW and SW developmentResponsible for Powertrain Controls strategies, powertrain vehicle states, and SW requirements cascading from PALS/VTS/STS/Feature list to ePT componentsRelease the ePT Function list, Feature Rollout Plan and SW release planPlan and coordinate all software work packages with respect to functional requirements, hardware and software resources, and development effort to ensure project timing and qualityDesign, develop and plan software functions as per stakeholder requirementsResponsible for ePT SW development process, ePT application, and calibrationResponsible for deployment of safety and calibration updatesResponsible for powertrain diagnosticsLead the deployment of OTA capabilities of all ePT modulesResponsible for SW architectural deployment of Energy management, HV Safety coordination, FuSa, Homologation for ePT System and componentsLead the implementation & definition of vehicle ePT modesResponsible for SW Issue ManagementResponsible for deployment and troubleshooting activities on HV Lab-CarLead the reporting of powertrain-related software development, unit-testing, and release activities Your Profile College or Universitydegree in Engineering, preferably related to Automotive or Electrical EngineeringProven experience within a relevant EV OEM or a new company with Powertrain Controls systemsPrevious experience with CANalyzer, VSignalyzer, Ethernet Interfaces for On-Board ApplicationsKnowledge about feature requirements SW (Jama/Doors or similar) and Control system methods (PID, model predictive controls)Experience with Data serial communication (CAN/LIN) and OTA software deployment in EV context is preferable Ability to apply your knowledge on SW Validation and debugging as well as PCB design & Circuit simulationGood reporting skills, good communication, and negotiation skillsA proactive approach to problem-solvingOpen-minded and responsible team player, comfortable working in a global teamWillingness to work in an environment that requires flexibility and changeFluent in English Why we love working here More than 90 years of brand heritage combined with a highly dynamic team and the spirit of a start-upA truly international, English-speaking team with the possibility to work in multiple countriesFlexible working and adequate compensation
