As the Head of Early Clinical Development at this Italian Biopharma, you'll play a pivotal role in reshaping a solid translational entity into a cutting-edge streamlined Translational function. You will harness strategy with resources such as innovative supercomputing platforms where you will be able to determine the future success of the company - this success will be adjacent to your own. You will be directing the entirety of the Translational science from Preclinical through IND submission and into Phase 2 Clinical Trials; therefore, you will have a deep understanding of the drug development cycle as a whole with a track record of IND delivery. Your considerable leadership experience leading large teams with a people-focused approach will allow you to imprint yourself into the evolving environment leading to considerable career recognition and growth. This Biopharma has previously taken targets from discovery to IND in less than 18 months, then further taking the candidate to market. Now it's your responsibility to scale this success and transform a translational team to push the limits of early clinical development where novel therapeutics will be pushed to patients with rare diseases at an accelerated pace. This role will be right for you if you have expertise in strategy, translational development from Preclinical through IND submissions into Phase 2 Clinical Trials along with having over 15 years' experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
