This role is for someone with a strong automotive and software background.

In order to support our newly established Engineering Development Centre in Turin, we are looking for an inspiring Leader, capable of building a dynamic technical team who can meet the challenges of the international automotive industry with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm whilst shaping the future of automotive technologies.

**Your tasks**:

- Establish organisation structure with robust processes to deliver electronic software solutions to our customers

- Evolve Agile methodology to drive electronic solutions with embedded software

- Drive consistent standards and approaches throughout the Department

- Proactively drive innovation and options made available by new technologies

- Recruit, lead and manage a team of electronic developers with focus on embedded software.

To include: technical recruitment, performance reviews, identification of training needs, and the motivation and

management of team performance

- Determine and deploy the right resources

- Supervise compliance with policy decisions and procedures

- Assure exemplary compliance with and implementation of guidelines relevant for developing products, equipment and/or services (e. g.

company goals, values, divisional goals, quality requirements, customer

wishes, legal guidelines, etc.

)

**Your profile**:

- 10+ years' experience with minimum 5 years leadership and management experience

- Strong, consolidated experience in leading the development of complex products

- Experience in leading / managing a team using ASPICE methodology, with the ability to drive continuous improvement through innovation and inspiring the team to deliver optimal results

- A degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer science, Software Engineering or equivalent

- Ability to think strategically, establish clear direction and implement plans to be delivered within a fast-paced environment

- Fluency in English - oral and written.

German language skills would be advantageous

- Communication skills in a global and multicultural environment

- Technology Excitement around new Innovation

- Capable to lead technology discussions without having to be the deep expert

The base location of this role is Turin.

Occasional travel to our Head Office in Germany or other European locations may also be required.
