We are looking for an inspirational engineering leader who is passionate about customer journey and customer experience with a collaborative mindset.

As the Head of Engineering, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing our engineering department, ensuring the successful delivery of our technological solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver high-quality products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide strong leadership and strategic direction to the engineering department, overseeing the performance and development of engineering teams;

- Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with the company's vision and goals.

- Drive software development initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards;

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering department.

- Collaborate closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and goals;

- Collaborate closely with the CTO in analyzing, scouting, and validating new technologies to be implemented within the development roadmap;

- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth;

- Establish and enforce engineering best practices and standards;

- Build and maintain a high-performing engineering team, attracting top talent and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;

- Proven experience as a Head of Engineering or in a similar leadership role within a technology, product, or software development organization in a SaaS and Cloud environments;

- Strong technical background with expertise in software development methodologies and technologies;

- People Manager with 5+ years of experience in building, growing, leading, and inspiring engineering teams

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in English;

- Proven ability to drive innovation and deliver results in a fast-paced and changing environment;

- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology strategies with business goals.
