**About the Company**: for a prestigious multinational company, our Recruitment Engineer are looking for **Head of Enterprise Application.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that Enterprise Applications support business goals and meet user requirements, where necessary consolidating across different user communities.

- Ensure that the development, deployment and support of Enterprise Applications is in line with business and Information Services strategies, maximizing operational effectiveness.

- Lead the development of Information Services Application Roadmaps, consulting business function leads, system integrators and vendors.

- Lead the Information Services Application Support Teams ensuring that collective and individual objectives are aligned to business outcomes; also ensuring that skill and resource levels are maintained and appropriate.

- Provide expertise to business community on the use of Enterprise Applications across the full perimeter.

- Work with IT infrastructure team and PMO governance to ensure Enterprise Applications are set and achieve appropriate Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability objectives.

- Communicate clearly with business users at all levels including to the Executive Commitee

- Prepare and oversee operating budgets for Enterprise Applications.

Oversee monthly forecasts and provide explanation of variances.

- Take part in Information Services Leadership Team Management and decision-making accepting both individual and collective accountability.

- Maintain the focus on key Strategic Deliverables.

- Motivate and inspire others to commit to delivering results across the business.

- Build teams and set direction.

- Identify talent and create opportunities to develop others

**Requisiti**:

**Must Have**:

- In-depth knowledge of Erp (es Navision, Business Central, Sap. . . )

- Experience in Multinational Company with complex business production processes.

- Experience in Country and HQ IT Organizations.

- Experience in remote management

- Good English knowledge

**Nice to Have**:

- Degree in IT Engineering

- French knowledge
