Multinational Branch Medical Company Monza / Milan Azienda The client is a multinational company operating in the medical business based close to Monza. Offerta The candidate will be part of the Finance Department and will have the following responsibilities: Understand business and Group mission to draw up operational activities and accurate economic and financial data to support the GM, defining the corporate finance strategy and making decisions to reach the Company's goals. Supervise administrative activities related to group policies, ensuring the accuracy of the Balance Sheet and financial statements with all accounting documents and monthly closing, according to group GAAP procedures. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making processes, analyzing the entire P&L and drawing up accurate reporting with economic KPIs, including main variances with explanations. Oversee main KPIs by analyzing costs and revenues and preparing reporting activities for HQ and GM. Monitor and manage cash-flow activities, supervising the reporting to Top Management and HQ to ensure operational efficiency based on short, medium, and long-term financial analyses, evaluating potential cash investment opportunities. Interact with external financial and fiscal advisors to ensure compliance with local regulations. Prepare and present accurate financial reports to Top Management and HQ. Work closely with other departments, such as Operations, Sales, and Staff, to align financial goals with overall business objectives. Supervise a small to medium administration and staff team. Competenze ed esperienza Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial management role within a small to medium multinational organization. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Fluent in English; main ERP knowledge is mandatory.
