For a branch of a multinational industrial Group, I'm looking for a strategic and experienced CFO to lead its financial operations. The ideal candidate will provide financial expertise, drive financial strategy, and ensure the long-term financial success of the organisation reporting to the Italian GM and to the HQ. The candidate will be part of the Finance Department and will have the following responsibilities: Understand business and Group mission, due to draw up operational activities and accurate economic and financial data, to support the GM, defining the corporate finance strategy and taking decisions to reach out the Company's goals. Supervise administrative activities related to the group policies, ensuring the accuracy of the Balance Sheet and financial statements with all accounting documents and monthly closing, due to group GAAP Group procedures. Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to support decision-making processes, analyzing the entire P&L drawing up an accurate reporting with economical KPI, containing main variances with explanation. Oversee main KPI analyzing costs and revenues drawing up reporting activities to HQ and GM. Monitor and manage cash-flow activities, supervising the reporting to the Top Management and to the HQ, to ensure operational efficiency based on main short-medium and long-term financial analysis, evaluating potential cash investments opportunities. Interact with main external financial and fiscal Advisors due to all compliance local regulations. Prepare and present accurate financial reports to the Top Management and HQ. Work closely with other departments, such as Operations, Sales and Staff to align financial goals with overall business objectives. Supervise a small-medium administration and staff team. Requisiti: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial management role within a small and medium multinational organization. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Fluent in English and main ERP knowledge is mandatory.
