Head Of Finance: Accounting, Treasury, Financial Reporting And Consolidation
As the Head of Finance, reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will oversee the full scope of corporate finance activities to sustain and enhance the company's financial health.
Your leadership will ensure compliance with global financial regulations and accounting standards, while also driving the strategic financial growth of the company.
Main Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the financial reporting process, maintaining regular communication with auditors and control functionsEnsure compliance with International accounting standards and financial regulations across all operational countriesStreamline accounting and financial management practices to foster company growth and efficiencyManage group liquidity and financial liabilitiesEnsure tax compliance across the Group subsidiaries including but not limited to TP documentation and tax grantsCultivate relationships with investors, financial institutions, and external auditors.
Support to the BusinessDirect key financial processes such as invoicing, collections, procure-to-pay, and general accounting, ensuring optimization and innovationImplement and oversee effective risk management policies and financial controlsLead the management of the company's capital structure, including strategic financing and investment initiativesSupport M&A activities and corporate restructurings from a financial perspective. Team Leadership: guide and develop the finance team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous developmentProvide financial training and support to enhance financial literacy across departments

Strong leadership in complex financial projects with multiple stakeholdersExcellent strategic problem-solving abilitiesProven track record in enforcing financial compliance and best practicesAbility to inspire and lead high-level finance professionals
Requirements
Education and Experience
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldMBA or professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA is preferredOver 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within mid-to-large businessesFluent in English and in Italian; native proficiency in one of the languages of our operational countries is a plusExperience with a publicly listed company is advantageous
