Head of Finance and Controlling - Malpensa (VA) Aviation maintenance Azienda Aviation maintenance Offerta Main responsibilities: Leadership and professional development of the Finance & Controlling function in Italy, France, and Spain.

Actively further develop accounting, financial planning & analysis, cash management, and tax processes, structures, and IT tools to a state-of-the-art finance & controlling system.

Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate and collaborate effectively and efficiently with external partners, such as auditors, lawyers, and other external partners.

Ensure timely and reliable monthly/quarterly/annual financial closing.

Support in the development and implementation of the regional financial strategy.

Assist in the value generation of the business, for example, identify cost and cash-saving opportunities, assist in growth projects, be creative in driving automation and superior business insights.

Pursue risk management in line with group requirements.

Competenze ed esperienza Key skills: Degree (Bachelor, Master, or Diploma) in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.

Several years of experience as Head of Finance or Head of Controlling in a national context within an international company.

Ambition to further develop to CFO.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Motivating personality with both assertiveness and sensitivity to the needs of the company or teams in the different countries.

High level of energy and entrepreneurial mindset as well as creativity and innovation.

Excellent English language skills (oral and written).
