The roleWe are looking for a highly qualified Senior Controller capable of monitoring the company's economic performance. The candidate will work closely with various company departments and external partners to ensure timely management of accounting and corporate management control.

ResponsibilitiesManage and restructure the corporate control systemCoordinate daily activities for maintaining the accounting and management structureAnalyze the company's balance sheet starting from analytical accountingEnsure accurate accounting of management transactions to draft a financial statement aligned with corporate managementAnalyze accounting and management data to obtain a monthly financial performance overview (income statement, management income statement, balance sheet)Update the cash monitoring model and respective forecast on a monthly basisConduct monthly variance analysis between actual results and budget, and main KPIs to identify causes and suggest strategies for optimizing company activitiesPrepare detailed financial reporting for all stakeholders on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basisIdentify and suggest improvements for systems and processesRequired qualificationsAt least 2 years of experience as a controller or in similar positionsExcellent skills in managing analytical accounting and analyzing financial statements and management dataCompetence in reading account ledgers and coordinating with industry professionals (e. g. , accountants)Ability to draft a financial statement from accounting and management dataSkills in analyzing variances between actual results and budgetAbility to set up financial reportsExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage responsibilitiesExcellent knowledge of ExcelDesired SkillsExcellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proactive in problem-solving and strongly results-oriented. Advanced skills in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
