We are recruiting an:
Head of Franchise Italy Based in Rome or Milan, in this role you will contribute to the success of the company by developing a growth strategy for the entire franchise network in Italy and leading and supporting the partners in their business success directly or through your team.
Main responsibilities: You will be responsible for the implementation of the company strategies on Franchise business for Italy. You will contribute actively to acquire data and information at a country level and propose analysis and development options to the board. You will lead internal and external partners in the expansion process respecting the budget assigned in terms of new licenses sold/new partners acquired. You will manage proper relations with the partners, support in the definition of their business plans, and negotiate contractual renewal when needed. You will ensure, through your team, the respect of stated sales budgets in every region and the implementation of operational and/or partner development activities. You will ensure the respect of quality standards from all the franchise networks providing recommendations, advice, and support. You will define and implement strategies and plans to support agent growth and retention of the entire Italy's franchising network. You will provide excellent support to the network with training, communication, and administrative tasks. You will care for the development of the team, supporting individual success and development for both the License Partner and the members of your team. You are a valued brand and company values ambassador. Required skills: In-depth knowledge of franchise business from both a regulatory and commercial perspective. Business planning and strategic thinking. Definition, development, and implementation of structured processes. Data-oriented mindset. Experienced team manager. Ability to develop personal networks. Relational skills with stakeholders of all levels and complexity. Public speaking. Willingness to travel frequently within the country (occasionally also abroad). Fluent English language both written and spoken. Will be a plus: Coming from service/product companies in the premium or luxury segments. Professional knowledge of German or Spanish language.
