**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and execute global retail operations strategies in alignment with overall business objectives.

- Oversee the development and implementation of retail operational policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance across all locations.

- Oversee regular store inventory checks, implement security measures to prevent theft and loss

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in HQ, including sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and HR, to drive integrated retail initiatives and achieve business goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the Regions, being able to trade off Global Strategies vs Local needs

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners, vendors, and internal departments.

- Analyze retail performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

- Lead and manage a team of retail operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive performance and professional development.

- Coordinate and inspire functional reports in the Regions

- Manage retail operations budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.

- Collaborate in identifying and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer shopping experience;

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in retail operations management, with a proven track record of success in a global or multi-national environment.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams (incl.

functional reports) to achieve exceptional results.

- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Demonstrated proficiency in developing and implementing retail operations strategies and initiatives.

- Solid understanding of retail industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Proven ability to effectively manage budgets, and performance metrics.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficient in using retail management software and MS Office.

- Proficient English (both speaking and writing), other languages would be beneficial

- Travel may be required as needed to support Regional retail operations.
