**Head of Global Sales Capability**:
JOB MISSION
The mission of this role will be to develop and steer the Davines global Frontline capability strategy & plan, consistently with the global brand strategy and in line with our Sustainability values, aiming to grow the sales skills of the Davines worldwide sales force.
The role can be based in our headquarter in Parma or other locations, in which case regular monthly trips to Parma will be planned.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design sales training contents working closely with CS&P teams by cat
Translates the global strategy into the best global sales training support
Design pure sales training contents (out of cat. )
and supervise the creation of customized contents from BU
Co-leads the creation of the sales capability plans for key regions/markets.
Leads sales capability analysis processes and understanding
Drives excellence in designing sales contents with effective methods & tools
Provides structured feedback from the market and address them properly
Contributes to strategic commercial discussion, bringing sales perspective and having the execution in mind.
Owns the respective categories mid-term commercial plan definition and execution.
Co-leads the commercial evaluations & sales assumptions discussion
**Translates global strategy to local market**: price, promotion, customer/ channel strategies.
Co-leads the creation of the of Go-To-Market Global plans.
PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
5+ years previous experience in similar roles
Passionate about the Professional Hair Care Industry
High level of energy
"Hands on" attitude
Analytical skills.
Experience in presenting and selling product concepts
Leadership & accountability
Fluent in English
Strong sales attitude & understanding
Solid understanding of commercial logics through experience in commercial-related roles
Ability to work in a cross-functional teams and in multi-cultural contexts.
Ability to understand different markets (or segment) features, needs & opportunities.
Ability to highly engage with the other category team members
Ability to coordinate the sales coaches in the regions
Ability to manage the assigned budgets
