We at Agora Talent are delighted to be partnering with an international, scaling multi- brand wholesale agency in their search for their first Global Head of Sales. Based in Milan, this position requires a proven background in premium Menswear wholesale sales, alongside an extensive international network across key accounts and independents. Duties & Responsibilities Develop, drive and build on pre-existing key accounts alongside identifying and leading on new business opportunities across markets. Driving, monitoring and optimising sales performance, providing communication support in a timely manner, maximising opportunities across markets. Negotiating commercial terms, plans, pricing, distribution, special projects, marketing activations and store installations. Planning sales forecasting, exceeding company targets while identifying strategic opportunities for growth and expansion. Experience & Skill Requirements An experienced operational and strategic Global Menswear Wholesale Sales Manager Premium contemporary/Streetwear experience desirable A solid international network across independents and key accounts essential Commercial, highly numerical and with a target driven approach. P&L responsibility A people manager Strong communication and organisational skills A data driven approach and an ability to interpret analytics and financials into recommendations.
