Head Of Group Risk Operating Framework
Generali is a major player in the global insurance industry - a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.
Within the Group Risk Management area we are looking for a Head of Group Risk Operating Framework.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Guarantee the management of risks within the Group according to the risk operating model framework
- Design and perform the investment risk controlling activities, including monitoring and reporting of the Group investment, concentration and illiquidity risks, the definition of related Group risk policies, guidelines and risk limits
- Monitor and report the Group SAA limits and related risk budget
- Support the Group CRO in the investment proposals and intragroup transactions
- Support the Group CFO and the Group CI&IO in the risk related activities linked to business (such as ALM, planning process, . . . )
- Manage the Group liquidity risk model to measure, monitor and report the Group liquidity risk profile, cooperating with the Group CFO function
- Coordinate the activities related to the GSII (Global Systemic Important Insurer) framework and manage the Group Recovery Plan and the Liquidity Risk Management Plan
- Manage the risk controlling activity related to the Climate Change Risk framework
Must have
- 8+ years experiences in primary insurance or consultant companies in Risk Management and/or ALM department
- Full Knowledge of Solvency II Framework, in particular Pillar II
- Experience in coordinating people and managing senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in written and spoken English

- Ability to comfortably communicate at all levels of the organization
- Capable of developing independent opinion and defending their own views upon challenge
