We are looking for an experienced Head of HR & Office Management (all genders) to lead our HR and Office Management teams, currently consisting of 4 members. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both operational tasks and strategic leadership within these areas. A hands-on mentality is just as important as the ability to lead both operational and strategic functions of the department. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources (Hands-On & Strategic): Lead and manage all HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and performance management. Execute the entire payroll process for Italy and Germany. Manage employment contracts for both Italy and Germany. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and objectives. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies. Proactively manage employee relations, engagement, and well-being initiatives. Manage benefits administration and compensation strategies. Conduct training and development programs to support leadership and employee growth. Office Management (Hands-On & Operational): Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment. Manage office supplies and ensure proper inventory. Support the organization of company events, meetings, and other corporate functions. Implement and maintain workplace policies to improve efficiency and collaboration. Ensure the office remains a welcoming, well-functioning space for employees. Requirements Proven experience in a similar position in HR & Office Management, preferably within a fast-growing company. A hands-on approach—ready to take action, not just oversee processes. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams. Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. In-depth knowledge of Italian labor law. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Fluent in English and native-level Italian. Full Time: Monday - Friday | 09:00 - 18:00 | 1-hour lunch break. Hybrid Mode: 60% office, 40% home office - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote. Start Date: 7th April 2025 / 5th May 2025. Offered Salary (gross): 50-60K gross.
