Head of HR Italy
The Head of HR Italy will oversee activities across multiple sites including one of our larger sites in Modena.
The role will be to ensure alignment with the overall EMEA HR strategy, policies and procedures and develop and implement plans for further harmonization.
Responsible for the organisational and process-related post-merger integration, you will develop and implement the overall HR organization for Italy.
Fluency in Italian and English is required.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy across Italian sites, ensuring embedding of company values and employee benefits to performance management, succession planning and people development.
- Lead the integration of sites into MCG group structure as well as across the country; aligning with works council and unions, prepare decision template, develop roadmap, realize efficiencies.
- Oversee all HR activities, initiatives and systems and establish plans for further developments to improve efficiency and modernization
- Lead the detailed design, and manage the delivery of projects, within a transformational change program, ensuring integration with related projects.
- Business partner management and executives for organizational development; providing human resources direction, advice, and counsel; Advises managers of the entities assigned on all HR-related topics in alignment with company goals.
- Promote a positive corporate culture and creating an attractive working environment
- Establish and monitor key HR controlling indicators and ensure compliance with all legal aspects including policies, standards, and investigation/reporting of any compliance cases
- Supervise HR personnel and provide expert guidance
**You Qualifications and Skills
- Masters in human resources management, Organizational Psychology or similar/related experience and qualifications
- Broad experience across HR topics, with in-depth knowledge on organizational development as well as change management (strategic HR planning, HR road map, performance management, talent management, digitalization of HR processes, compensation structures/gradings, HR KPIs).
- Experience in managing a post-merger Integration and the use of structured change management methodologies to drive acceptance and embed desired culture and behaviors
- Fluency in Italian and English
Please note occasional travel will be required, mainly European.
