We are looking for a Head of Infrastructure & Cybersecurity: Main objectives: Ensure availability, scalability and security of IT infrastructure to support business operations. Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies to protect enterprise data, systems, and applications. Optimize the operational efficiency of the IT department by balancing limited resources with business needs. Ensure compliance with applicable cybersecurity regulations and standards. Main responsibilities: IT Infrastructure Management:Oversee the management and maintenance of the enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud services. Plan and coordinate technology upgrades to ensure business continuity and infrastructure modernization. Manage vendors and service contracts for infrastructure and technology (cloud providers, data centers, networking, etc.

). Cybersecurity:Define and implement cybersecurity policies to prevent, detect and respond to potential threats. Ensure implementation of protection solutions, including firewalls, antivirus, monitoring tools, and vulnerability management systems. Manage security incident response procedures and coordinate any internal and external communications. Train and educate corporate employees on cybersecurity best practices. IT Operations and Support:Monitor the performance of IT systems and services to ensure availability and support for end users. Support the IT team in managing support tickets, resolving critical issues, and overseeing day-to-day operations. Automate and optimize IT processes to improve operational efficiency. Compliance and Governance:Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards and guidelines (e. g. , GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST). Manage periodic security and IT infrastructure audits. Draft documentation and reports for management, highlighting risks, vulnerabilities, and mitigation plans. Leadership and Team Management:Coordinate the IT team to ensure that business and technology goals are met. Prioritize activities and projects, balancing resources and workloads. Promote professional growth of team members through training and coaching. Requirements: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline.

Relevant certifications (e. g. , CISSP, CISM, CCNP, AWS Solutions Architect) are a plus. At least 5-7 years of experience in IT roles with focus on infrastructure and security. Experience managing small IT teams, preferably in dynamic and resource-constrained environments. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Familiarity with cybersecurity tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection). Networking skills (firewall, VPN, SD-WAN) and management of local/business networks. Knowledge of security regulations and standards (GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST). Leadership and team management skills. Problem-solving and decision-making orientation. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
