Head of Innovation (Italy) Job Title: Director of Innovation Location: Milan, Italy Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Innovation to join our team in Italy. This pivotal leadership role will focus on driving innovation strategies and enhancing our market position within the Italian landscape. The successful candidate will possess a strong technical background and be adept at fostering relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives at our clients and prospects organizations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to position Concentrix technology and innovation offerings within the Italian market. Engage with clients and prospects, building strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and C-level executives. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their innovation and digital needs are understood and addressed effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of innovation initiatives and align them with client expectations. Leverage expertise in technology to identify market trends and opportunities that can enhance our service offerings. Influence and advocate for innovation initiatives both internally and externally, ensuring stakeholder buy-in. Monitor competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and refine our approach to maintain a leading edge. Report directly to senior leadership, providing updates on strategy execution and growth metrics. Qualifications: Proven experience in a leadership role, with a focus on innovation and technology. Strong technical background, ideally with a degree in a related field (e. g. , Engineering, Computer Science, Business Technology). Experience within Consultancy and/or High-Tech companies preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively with C-level prospects and clients. Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Strategic thinking with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. Familiarity with the Italian market and its business culture is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
