In consideration of international growth, Italy has been identified as an interesting market to open a direct legal entity under its umbrella brand.

The setup in Milan of a small branch has been planned, and the acquisition of a small local company is in the pipeline.

The Construction - Property - Real Estate market will be the main focus. Role:The role will set up the local new internal audit department, in accordance with the guidelines of the Group and the Italian legislation and local IVASS Authority standards. Main Responsibilities:Start-up of the Internal Audit functionDefinition of the company audit planResponsible for the Company Internal Control SystemCorporate Governance SystemResponsible for monitoring the network of intermediaries and trusteesCarrying out audit checksInteraction with internal and external professional associations and regulatory bodies in ItalyInternal Reporting and production, within the periodicities established by the relevant IVASS regulations, of the data and the explanatory reportQualifications:Senior Manager with a proven track record in the role within insurance companiesEvidence of proven organizational and controlling skillsManagement of Institutional and Governance affairsDemonstrated capabilities in a global and complex matrix organization, with a parent company and headquarters abroadFurther expertise in Risk management, Anti-fraud, Italian law 231 model is appreciatedKPI driven and Fact Figures orientedFluent in English, both written and oral command #J-18808-Ljbffr
