RDM Group** is looking for an **_"Head of Internal Risk & Audit"_** based in the HQ in Milan.

He/She will be in charge of **planning of audit**, coordination of all related activities, **report on governance**, updating of procedures based on organisation, legal entities & structure, **law requirements**, **internal risk evaluation & monitoring.

**Accountabilities**:

- Implementing **operational/compliance and risk audits** in the Group Companies;

- Assessing the adequacy of **risk protection systems**;

- Defining operational methods and procedures to ensure effective controls on administrative and accounting regularity;

- Monitoring the highlighted recommendations with a resolution goal, within the agreed timeframe;

- Carrying out a **survey** on the **correct implementation of procedures and regulations**;

- Taking part in the **Supervisory Body ex Legislative Decree 231/2001**.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in Economics, Law or similar culture;

- At least **10 years of experience in the role**, with past experience in advisory/auditing firms;

- **English is a must!

** Another Group language is a preferred (French, Spanish, German, Dutch);

- Knowledge of **regulations, rules and procedures for compliance** in the group leader;

- Ability to identify and liaise with partners/consultants in other group companies in order to comply with **local regulatory requirements**;

- Ability to assess the suitability of the internal control system in place to **manage and mitigate risks**;

- Ability to propose remediation plans to management for **process optimization and risk containment**;

- Ability to manage conflict and mediate/negotiate with different stakeholders;

- Ability to manage strict deadlines;

- Strong analytical skills and attentions to details;

- Proactive approach, problem solving, good soft skills and confidentiality.
