Who we are looking for ?

- Head of International for the scaling up of 3Bee in France and Germany

What You Do

- Successful planning and execution of 3Bee strategy for France and Germany

- Develop B2C business, ensuring an amazing experience to our local adopters

- Create and delivery outstanding projects for B2B partners

- Expand our beekeepers and growers network in the Countries

- Lead a cross-functional team (Marketing / Business Development / Operations) made by 8 people

- Responsible for the P&L of the German and French Markets

- Work with central functions in HQ to ensure alignment on strategy and smooth execution of the plan

- Act as a spokesperson for the company in France and Germany

- Help to open USA

About You

- 5+ years experience in top international startup/scale-up or management consulting

- Relevant experience in leading and expanding international business and team

- Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude, startupper attitude

- Italian and English professional proficiency - French and German a plus

- First hand experience in International Business Development a plus
