What you'll do:
The Head of HR International is responsible to promote Sisal as a first Employer of Choice. The role will also contribute to preparing offers to respond to Lottery tenders. You will report to Sisal's CPO and will work closely with Sisal's HR competence centres and the international local HR Managers. You must be credible and support in executing the local People strategy within each foreign business.
Accountabilities:
- Implement a People strategy that touches all fundamental HR pillars: Total Reward strategy, DE&I, People Engagement, Talent Development & Management, HR Operations and Recruiting strategy, focusing on people experience
- Create opportunities to share knowledge, exchange ideas and build networks with Sisal HQ and across the different international businesses, also leveraging on Flutter International's expertise
- Monitor HR data & analytics to drive decisions and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the People strategy
- Work closely with Sisal's HR competence centres to put in place different HR projects within an overall and sustainable roadmap
- Contribute to sisal's internationalisation strategy by writing offers to respond to international Lottery tenders, with focus on HR topics
- Work with the Transition team to set up new businesses in countries where the licence / concession has been awarded (organisation set up, recruiting)
- Act as HRBP for Sisal's International division.
Who you are:
- You have at least 10 years of experience in a multinational / international, complex and fast-moving company
- You have a degree in Business Administration or Psychology
- Willing to travel frequently (not less than 30%)

You also have:
- Experience of operating in a Manager level role within the HR area in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A creative mindset with lots of energy
- Technical & functional understanding and experience of HR 360 processes (Comp & Ben/job grading, Recruiting, Talent, Competency & Performance management, HR tools);
- Good experience of stakeholder management
- C1 in French
- Knowledge of Workday
