**DESCRIZIONE

AXA Partners "Focus & Transform strategy" is shaping Global Operations' strategic ambition: "bringing simplicity and enforcing transversality, breaking down silos, to succeed in providing a superior customer experience in line with our Customer2020 ambition".

Global Operations has 3 strategic priorities:

- Reposition AXA Partners as the Preferred Business Partner

- Boost AXA Partners to become an Agile Global Organization

- Mature AXA Partners as a Safe, Secure and Resilient company

"Becoming a tech-led company" is one of the 8 strategic enablers and Information and Technology will play a continuously increasing role to help AXA Partners achieve its transformation.

In this context, we are looking for a Local IT Manager, in charge of Italy, who will enable the transformation of AXA Partners business model by co-creating, sponsoring and driving the main projects, deploying them across Italy in time, budget, quality and scope.

**QUALIFICHE

- Accountable for IT Italy end-to-end performance

- In charge of 1 department

- Accountable for a €3. 4M BAU budget (without rebilling) + €500K - €700K local IT Projects budget

- Accountable of IT Strategy & IT Transformation

Member of AXA Partners Italy Executive Committee

**1.

Declination and implementation of AXA Partners Strategy in his/her country

- Ensure that AXA Partners' strategic objectives are translated into tactical business plans across his/her country, and that impacts are maximized on the technology front

- Lead and drive IT transformation in his/her country (Move to the Cloud, Application Landscape simplification, Agility, Motor Global Assets and Travel Global assets roll out, etc):

- Respecting IT Guilds Standards & best practices (governance & performance, architecture, project management, etc)

- Relying on regional shared capabilities (program and project managers, innovation flying squad)

- Leveraging centrally defined IT TOM to improve quality, efficiency, time to market and alignment to business, owning IT outsourcing partner relationship

- Provide technological transformation levers with special focus on GWP growth, cost efficiencies, CoR reduction and increased Customer NPS

- Liaise with central architecture team to design integrations between central architecture and local capabilities (respecting the Group Architecture & Security Policies)

- Supervise architecture implementation within AXA Partners' roadmap for his/her country

**2.

Coordination, steering and communication

- Steer and coordinate his/her country area: activities, resources, quality of service costs, delay to achieve the assigned goals

- Ensure a proper definition of SLAs for his /her country and manage the implementation and the follow-up

- Manage & monitor the country IT budget

- Communicate to country main stakeholders (within AXA Partners ecosystem)

- Lead AXA Partners IT governance local meetings, be part of Transfo initiatives SteerCos

**3.

BAU tasks supervision: operations, solutions and 1**st** line security

- Be accountable for operating and delivering IT services, constantly striving for greater efficiency

- Supervise IT local operations teams

- Oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the country to ensure optimal performance, local area connectivity and remote access

- Keep both on-premises and cloud solutions fully secured with a solid programme aligned with security standard

- Liaise with Regional teams to ensure workplace and end-user services QoS standard

- Influence Group / Central Solutions Teams when they have an impact on local solutions / activities

- In charge of Security 1st line, and of delivering Security Quartile ONE

**4.

Local teams management

- Ensure the development if his/her team

- Assure capacity planning to secure delivery maintaining balanced workload (positive eNPS)

- Focus on team performance, attracting and developing employees as well as fostering a new culture of collaboration across the country

- Focus on TOM including efficiencies opportunities, roles repurposing and careers development

**5.

Supporting the Regional CIO in his activities

- Manage Offshore Delivery center regional chapter

- Manage local IT Security requirements perimeter

- Integrating target global assets according to Italy roadmap
