Core Responsibilities:Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the company strategy.
Guide the identification of business needs in terms of IT infrastructure and systems.
Ensure effective management of company information in accordance with regulations.
Manage IT services, facilities, telecommunications, applications, systems, and infrastructure.
Oversee daily operation and maintenance of current IT systems.
Support the issuance of commercial offers in accordance with customer requirements.
Oversee consulting, training, and support service for corporate users.
Develop and implement cybersecurity policies aligned with regulations.
Define plans for vulnerability assessments and coordinate mitigation efforts.
Develop cybersecurity training programs for employees.
Must Have:Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields.
At least 6 years of previous experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of major cybersecurity frameworks (ISO, NIST, etc. ).
Knowledge of network protocols and security architectures.
Network administration skills.
Coaching and Assertive Leadership abilities.
Strong Communication and influencing skills.
Management by objectives and Business Acumen.
Negotiation skills.
Nice to Have:Attendance in second-level master's programs or advanced training courses in information security.
10 years of previous experience in the Defence & Aerospace sector.
