About the Role Titanbay is expanding rapidly across Europe and as such we are looking to grow our Sales & Distribution team with an Italy-based Head of Region.
As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing key partnerships, fostering relationships with private banks and wealth managers, and expanding Titanbay's market presence in Italy.
Responsibilities Oversee Titanbay's operations and strategy in Italy, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
Identify and prospect new partnership opportunities across the region and manage existing relationships.
Be responsible for selling through private banks and wealth managers to drive AUM via Titanbay's platform.
Translate Titanbay's offerings and products into seamless proposals outlining benefits for our partners.
Develop strategies to grow new and existing accounts with intermediaries.
Analyse partner needs and develop tailored solutions, providing timely and accurate reporting on pipeline activities.
Research target markets, create distribution presentations, and negotiate contracts.
Maintain working knowledge of asset management solutions and broader capabilities to best serve our partners.
Create, manage, and execute a sales plan focused on delivering AUM at scale.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and work closely with the compliance team to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the requirements.
Requirements Demonstrable experience developing institutional client relationships with a successful track record of delivering AUM.
Proven leadership skills, with experience managing a regional team or division.
An entrepreneurial self-starter, highly motivated and very organised.
A can-do attitude and a desire to succeed in a fast-growth investment and technology company.
Ability to manage complex prospect and client requirements and support across internal channels.
Enjoy working in a collaborative and focused team environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
Strong CRM discipline.
