- Life insuranceAs the Head of Italy Distribution you will take responsibility for creating & delivering Invesco's Italy distribution strategy to effectively meet client needs and achieve asset and revenue growth.
What we are we looking for:
Whilst developing and delivering Invesco's Italy Distribution strategy you will respond to increasingly complex and solutions-orientated client demands in close partnership with investment teams and other key stakeholders.
Lead, motivate and manage the Italian distribution team to deliver the distribution strategy and achieve related targets.
The Head will participate in significant business development opportunities and oversee Invesco's most significant Italian client relationships whilst acting as an advocate for Invesco's client-centric vision, bringing the client perspective to cross
- functional discussions.
Liaison with internal departments of Invesco as appropriate to ensure effective client management and product delivery will be key alongside being able to understand, monitor and anticipate industry trends to determine how Invesco needs to evolve in the future to continue to meet client needs and expectations.
What you can bring:
- Significant experience of successfully leading and motivating a sales organisation through a period of client and asset growth-
- Experience of developing a vision and strategy allied with successful execution-
- Proven experience of managing large, complex, high value client relationships-
- Experience of the asset management industry and working with a broad range of investment strategies and capabilities-
- Experience and/or interest in technology and digital change and the transformational potential of data and analytics within client facing functions-
- Experience across both retail/wholesale and institutional-
- Experience of passive Vs active. -
- Excellent knowledge of Invesco products, processes, regulatory requirements and business risk-
- Deep knowledge of Invesco investment strategies and wider industry and market issues and trends-
- Detailed knowledge of current economic and political environment. Full Time / Part Time
