WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF Plan and execute effective strategies to attract and qualify new leads through both digital and traditional channels. Lead and motivate a team of lead generation specialists, providing training and support to meet company objectives. Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals and customer needs. Monitor key metrics, analyze campaign results, and optimize strategies based on data. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in lead generation and introduce new ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness. Plan and control the budget allocated to lead generation activities to maximize ROI. WHAT WE WISH YOU'D BRING WITH At least 5 years of experience in lead generation or a similar role. In-depth knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM (e. g. , Salesforce, HubSpot), and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. ). Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Experience in team management and training professionals.
