An exciting role has arisen to join Hyundai Motor Company Italy as **Head of Legal Department
**HEAD OF LEGAL DEPARTMENT**:
**Main responsibilities**:
Responsible for legal activities, managing 2 resources, related to Commercial Law, Civil Law, Privacy regulation, Real Estate, Trademark, Consumer law, Compliance Law, Dealer issues, Pre-Litigations analysis, giving advice and Supporting the Company to minimize Legal risks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage Legal Department supervising all processes and activities, managing collaborators and promoting their development
- Provide legal support in relation to the Commercial activity in Italy, to the relationships with the dealers and customers
- Draft and review Company agreements and contracts
- Grant Corporate compliance (Company guide lines; Antitrust, Data Protection, Legislative Decree 231)
- Provide Consultancy in litigation matter with the Company
- Manage judicial litigations, coordinating the defense strategies
- Execute internal audits reporting to Top Management
- Coordinate activities regarding external Law Firms, both for Judicial and extrajudicial matters
- Provide Legal assistance in intellectual property law
- Manage product liability litigations and claims with consumers (liability, management of the consumers' complaints and relevant legal proceedings) Manage Data Privacy law
- Ensure reporting on Legal activities and support internal stakeholders for legal matters
- Constantly monitor changes in the legal environment and ensure activities and practices are compliant with laws and regulations
**Requirements**:
- University Degree
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Minimum 8-10 years' experience in related position or specialization
- Customer-oriented, able to work with tight deadlines, flexible to switch among different matters
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
