Head of MA (M/F)The Head of MA (M/F) will be responsible for all the process of Deal orgination and Deal execution and will report to the CFO, high exposure to a global private equity deal team and the local CEO in Verona province. Our Client is a fast-growing company with international structure, managerially organised with the presence of a global private equity firm.

It operates in the chemical sector and produces composite material products for the B2B sector.

The workplace is located in the province of Verona. The Head of MA (M/F) will be responsible for:Deal originationDeveloping strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management and the board of directors on MA Opportunities and RisksProviding CEO support in identifying and engaging potential targetsBuilding and maintaining relationships with external partnersDeal execution: end-to-end process management including coordination of advisors and internal stakeholdersLeading transactions' negotiation and structuring (e. g. , valuation and deal terms)Managing due diligence efforts to assess the financial and operational viability of potential targets (e. g. , Commercial, Financial, Legal, HR and Tax)Holding QA with partners/targets' Management teamsFinancing the deal jointly with Private Equity deal team sponsor banksCollaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, and Operations to both identify and capture synergiesPreparing reports for internal approvalDeveloping integration plansDirect report to the CFO, high exposure to Private Equity firm deal team and CEOMonitoring market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developmentsLeading one-off strategic projects that contribute to the company's growth and development (e. g. , strategy reviews, long-term planning, etc.

)The Head of MA (M/F) is required to have:Transaction advisory track-record: Big 4 Transaction Services to Manager level or Investment Banking to Associate level (Buy side MA in industrial B2B sectors)Extensive knowledge of the MA process, including due diligence, valuation, and negotiationAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, work independently and take initiativeStrong analytical and financial modeling skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsEnglish professional proficiency #J-18808-Ljbffr
