Our client is a leading automotive vehicles manufacturer.

We are looking for**:Head of Manufacturing

**Posizione**:

The Head of Manufacturing will be responsible for leadership of production activities to meet plant and business objectives.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Provide the leadership, direction, and management for all aspects of the manufacturing operation;

- Management and coordination of the areas of trimming, finishing, bodywork, final assembly, industrial engineering and quality control;

- Responsible for the safe operation of the manufacturing operation and compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements;

- Management of the daily production schedule;

- Define body budget and the efficiency plan following new opportunities and working to the costs.

- Measure and improvement of the operational efficiency;

- Coordinate production with purchasing, logistics, and maintenance departments.

**Requisiti**:

We'd like to meet analytical and structured person with strong communication skills, demonstrated ability to work under pressure and to prioritise work, good planning and coordination skills, able to motivate and encourage colleagues in professional network.

English knowledge is a must.
