Head Of Marketing & Communication
HEAD OF MARKETING & COMMUNICATION (JOB NUMBER: HMC)
The role, reporting locally to the CEO of Italy and working closely with the head of Business Services (and its team at HQ), will be able to propose and implement a marketing & communication strategy/vision and road map including budget monitoring by advising, challenging the local management and promoting new strategic projects aligned with the Italian business objectives.
The role will benefit from the technical support and guidelines of the HQ teams based in Paris (digital, communication and marketing).
The role will be involved in the local and international community through several seminars and conference calls and will provide feedback on marketing/communication plans to the HQ department in charge of the international coordination.
**Main responsibilities
Marketing
- Develop and grow the different Business lines, activating pertinent client audiences, channels with a close attention to ROI _
- Coordinate with marketing teams within the business lines_
- _Proposition and implementation of the marketing & communication strategy and associated plans_
- Identify the business lines positioning, differentiators, value added vs.competitors, service offerings
- Analyze the market and keep a permanent watch on competitors' activities, innovations, best practices
- Structure the action plan, build the adequate budget and measure the performance of the actions
- _Structure and formalize customers' knowledge_
- Identify customers' need and experience
- Set up a qualified and up-to-date customers data base for marketing actions
- _Provide marketing tools to the sales teams (especially for Advisory & Transaction activities)_
- Provide support for strategic pitches by helping to define an efficient process, structuring the information and providing pitch templates
- Cross sell with national and international best practices
- _Manage the lead generation strategy_
- Optimize lead generation channels, in particular digital channel
- Develop, implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns with the HQ support
- _Develop marketing content_
- Create business content by working closely with business experts
- Adapt the brand and editorial content to the local market
- Build a rich editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience
- Manage external agencies and / or freelancers to create marketing and communication tools: brochures, videos, digital tools
- _Implement digital actions_
- Identify digital marketing opportunities with the business
- Set up the possible digital platforms or tools with the HQ support and approval
- Improve user experience and drive traffic to BNP Paribas Real Estate Italy's web platforms
- Measure and report on performance of digital marketing activities and campaigns
- Provide training and support on digital platform or tools to the sales teams
- Manage external agencies and / or freelancers
Communication
- Develop and grow the BNPPRE Brand in Italy among business and institutional audiences _
- Protect the brand reputation_
- Align with BNL com strategy to benefit maximum synergies_
- _Structure and formalize both institutional and business lines communication_
- Prepare the Group's annual institutional communication plan in Italy (campaign planning, media planning, etc.
)
- Ensure a correct and effective internal and external communication supporting all the areas / functions
**_External communication _
Insure efficiency and performance of the 4 channels Press, Social Media, websites and Events
- Create and maintain relations with the media (general and specialized magazines, televisions and radios, Internet sites and web portals);
- Prepare and distribute the institutional information material intended for the general public, the clients and the distribution channels of the Group companies, through the press (newspapers and magazines) or any other means of communication addressed to the general public (printed, radio, television, etc.
);
- Organize press releases, meetings, events and participation in trade fairs in Italy and abroad;
- Plan and manage any institutional advertising campaigns;
- Check the updating of the internet sites of BNPPRE Italy and its companies and their presence on the Group's sites.
**_Internal Communication_
Ensure employees engagement by sharing pertinent content and news
- Working closely with CEO and HR, animate and monitor internal audiences and employee's engagement through

Previous experience in the job
To be fluent in italian and english, both written and spoken
