**We are looking for an HEAD of MARKETING **who take care of the purpose of guiding AW LAB to be the biggest amplifier of the youth generation's voice!
The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading the Marketing function for AW LAB in Italy and Spain.
The purpose is to develop company brands' awareness and appeal, securing footfall growth in the stores and traffic to the web sites, whilst creating and driving marketing processes and capabilities.
Achievement of the objectives for brand awareness, the sales goals for each category in terms of T/O, sell-out, stock level and markdown.
Ensure financial targets and business growth are achieved, as well as customer expectations are met.
**With our Costumers at the heart, the key focus will be**:
- Ensuring all team members providing monitoring the delivery of the brand direction and recommending areas of improvement
- Responsible for creating and implementing a long-term communication strategy, producing a yearly commercial calendar plan.
He formulates and implements public relations strategies, selects and manages communications with external agencies, as well as develops media marketing strategies and other non-campaign activities
- Provides strategic input and direction for the brand, developing style guides, templates, and other materials, developing non-campaign brands while keeping the company's vision, mission, and objectives in mind
- Advising internal and external stakeholders on issues relevant to the brand.
- Coordination of all corporate events and brand campaign
- Management and production of all materials relating to the Corporate Identity for the activities of internal communication
- Coordination of any sponsorship at national and local levels
- Management of the Creation of new materials for the communication point of sale: AW LAB product campaigns with internal people and exsternal agencies
- Management of development of photo and video shooting for AW LAB materials
- Management of production of all materials relating to the corporate identity for the store
- Multi-task, do market research and analyze results effectively, prioritize and influence stakeholders; understand the target market and its dynamics
**Requisiti**:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the role
- Mandatory previous experience as a brand manager or Marketing Manager in a FMCG company or communication department in a Retail company or production in ADV agency
- Be knowledgeable in marketing and public relations
- Sneakers addicted
- Fluent English, Spanish would be a plus
